If you have a very weak PC and want to play GTA 5, then you can try this mod.
- The mod greatly degrades the graphics and disables the effects, which allows you to increase the number of frames in the game.
- The archive has options for graphics settings.

Installation:
- run the OpenIV program, follow: update > update.rpf > common > data. replace visualsettings.dat , timecyc

- Мод очень сильно ухудшает графику и отключает эффекты, чем позволяет увеличить кол-во кадров в игре.
