A mod for the plot part of GTA 5, allowing you to buy houses and apartments, like in GTA Online! There are 47 apartments available for purchase, of varying comfort and price! There are garages with different numbers of spaces for cars! Each car in the garage will be considered your personal asset, which will allow you to see it on the map and restore it if destroyed! You can also buy any car and have it delivered to the garage of any home! The additional menu opens with the F6 key!
Installation:
Place all files from the archive into the game folder!
Then go to the SinglePlayerApartment folder and launch SPA_Tool, select True in the first two lines, scroll down and click save!
