You need to use the latest version of Script Hook V .NET, version 2.6.2! By default, the mod is enabled immediately. Use CTRL + C to disable.
Controls: While you press the gas (W) Hold down the left mouse button or "Enter", then press "Q" to tilt left or "E" to tilt right; Keep pressing on the gas to maintain balance. "Shift" to speed up. "A" and "D" for car turns.
