This mod replaces a couple of Franklin's stupid hairstyles, made a mustache, a new bald head, a light blue hairstyle. Looks pretty good, examples (before/after) are given. I made a blue hairstyle similar to the screenshots from this fashion. Sometimes it seems that the hairstyle is not light blue, but white.

Данный мод заменяет парочку глупых причёсок Франклина, сделал усы, новую лысину, светло-голубую причёску. Выглядит достаточно неплохо, приведены примеры (до/после). Голубую причёску сделал на подобии скриншотов из этого мода. Иногда кажется что причёска не светло-голубая, а белая.
