Tweaked colors and transitions. Added a clear coat of arms and the letters UA.
Replaces North Yankton numbers. Therefore, you need a trainer to install on a car. The first letter of the number will go onto the flag, so start the number with a space.
Installation.
x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehshare.ytd Right-click on vehshare.ytd and select edit. In the window that opens, we find yankton_plate.png, select it and click the replace button at the top and select my file. As you understand, simply by renaming my file, you can replace the backing of any license plate.
