Realistic top speed mod V2.1
A mod for those who don't like GTAV's top speed limit (where even supercars go 120 mph).
With this mod, all cars now have a decent (and realistic) top speed. Supercars reach 200 mph, normal cars 120, decent cars a little more, old rusty cars a little less.
All I did was decrease the drag coefficient from 10x for ALL street cars. The other values are all original to keep the balance. So, slow cars are still slow, but with a realistic top speed; fast cars are still fast, but much faster than now
Installation:
1. Run OpenIV
2. Enable edit mode
3. Follow the path and replace all files corresponding to the location in the downloaded archive
"normal version" folder changed some top speed value (don't be fooled, it gives realistic top speed and acceleration, low drag coefficient value, "top speed value" only increases a little bit more because it gives longer gears)
In the "original top speeds values version" folder, all top speed values remain original.
The only change in this version is the drag coefficient, all other values are unchanged.
This version is made for you guys to customize the top speed settings for each car to your liking.
All cars have realistic acceleration, it's up to you which top speed you choose.
It is very easy to do this, you need to change the value of "DriveMaxFlatVel". Set this number to your liking.
Don't forget to back up your files!
