1. extract files from the archive

2. open OpenIV

3. select edit mode (edit mode)

4. extract files from the archive

5. follow: GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\

6. replace the files.
