1. Run OpenIV
2. Select Edit mode
3. Follow: GTA V/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
replace files from folder "x64e" in vehicles.rpf
4. Follow: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
replace files from "update" folder in dlc.rpf
