The mod menu allows users to launch mods from a graphical interface, bypassing key conflicts.

To install, simply copy "Mod Menu.asi" and "Foot Radio.asi" into the GTA folder.

The mod menu requires ScriptHook and an ASI loader; OpenIV is not used.
