Before installation, make a copy of the original file.

Installation: replace the original file savage.ytd in:

GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist/dlc.rpf/x64.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles/mpheistvehicles.rpf

with the one in the archive.
