This font is found in GTA V in both Russian and English form. I ripped this font off the R* Social Club site again. But there is a bug in it - a lowercase letter "b", sometimes the letter "y" behaves "inadequately".
The author of the font is House Industries. Installation - throw in the folder "Fonts".
