The mod adds a large villa on a private island to GTA 5, featuring two swimming pools, a gym, a bar, bedrooms, and party areas. The island also has small waterfronts and sun loungers for relaxing by the water. Perfect for role-playing scenes, screenshots, or relaxed gameplay.

Requirements:
- Map Editor (latest version);
- Object Spawn Unlocker;

Installation:
- Install all the specified mods and libraries.
- Place the ile.xml file in the main GTA V folder.
- In the dlclist.xml file (path: update/update.rpf/common/data/), add the following lines: dlcpacks:\custom_maps\
and dlcpacks:\mapbuilder\ , save the changes, and replace the file using OpenIV. - Place the objectlist file from the mod archive into the script folder, replacing the existing one.
- In the game, press F7, select Load Map as XML and enter ile.
Tip:
Before installing, be sure to make a backup copy of the files that will be modified.
