This mod adds a huge nuclear fallout shelter to GTA 5, completely self-sufficient and equipped for thousands of years of living. Inside, there is everything you need to survive: food, oxygen, and water supplies, a power plant, a gold mine, fuel production, as well as living and technical facilities.
The shelter includes:
- Mobile platform for delivering cars and aircraft
- 3 bedrooms (one temporarily closed)
- Living room and kitchen
- 3 bathrooms
- Wardrobe
- Indoor swimming pool
- Sports and game rooms (basketball, billiards, etc.)
- Medical center (currently unavailable)
- A cave with plants, animals, and water — an "oxygen garden"
- The gold mine and nature reserve
- Computer and radio room
- Cave expansion (in development)

Required files:
- Map Editor (latest version)
- Object Spawn Unlocker
- Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3]
- No Boundary Limits 1.0
Installation:
- Install all required mods.
- Place the ans.xml file in the main GTA 5 folder.
- Copy objectlist from the archive to the scripts folder and replace it.
- Через OpenIV откройте:
Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
и добавьте файл water.xml. - In the game, press F7, select Load Map as XML, enter ans — done.
