A luxurious townhouse in Paleto was custom-built over several weeks, with work carried out as efficiently as possible to achieve something truly impressive.
This townhouse mansion, located near the Paleto police station, features 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, verandas, an elevator, a game room, a spacious multi-car garage, a workshop, a high-ceiling gallery, and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Installation:
- For best results, install the mod via the MODS folder using OPENIV.
- Also, set your grass quality to "Normal"; otherwise, weeds may grow through the floors.
- Alternatively, you can install the included XML file using Map Editor, but note that this version of the map does not include furniture and is not fully complete.
