- Open OpenIV and navigate to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Copy the .rpf file with the car to this folder. - Then navigate to: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\
and find the file dlclist.xml. Open it and add the following line at the end of the file: dlcpacks:\k5_kz_police\ - Installation complete! Enter the game.
