Franklin built a new extension to his house, adding sought-after and functional elements while preserving the natural and architectural features of the site.
Features of the house:

- Ramps with a slight slope, safe for expensive cars.
- Exhibition hall-style garage with electric gates: accommodates 12 cars inside and more than 20 outside (supports the "Car Storage" mod).
- Secluded garden balcony with stunning city views and barbecue facilities.
- Grassy viewing platform for parties or poker games.
- A walkway across the existing pool, creating a new pool for children or a relaxation area for adults.
- Columns that neatly support the structure without disrupting the harmony of the building.
- Helipad with beautiful night lighting.
