This mod will completely transform Franklin's house into a New Year's residence. The house is decorated with garlands and festive lights. The palm trees around it are wrapped in colorful garlands. A Christmas tree with gifts has been set up. Many festive props have been added to create a holiday atmosphere.Installation:You can choose one of two options (do not use both at once, otherwise objects will be duplicated).
Option 1 — .YMAP
- Ensure that you already have a folder named custom maps.

mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > custom maps > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > citye > maps > custom maps.rpf - Add the file Christmas Franklin's Home.ymap to it (do not rename it).
- OpenIV will do the rest.
Option 2 — Menyoo Spooner
- Install mods: ScriptHookV, Menyoo PC.
- Скопируйте файл Christmas Franklin's Home.xml в:
Grand Theft Auto V > menyooStuff > Spooner - In the game, press F8 (twice: once to activate, once to open the menu).
- Перейдите в: Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files > Christmas Franklin's Home > Load Placements
Now Franklin's house will be festive and cozy.
