This mod adds a split resort island to the game with wide sandy beaches and many interesting locations.

On the island, you can find cozy bays with piers for boats and yachts, a villa where you can relax and unwind, as well as rocky mountains, among which one stands out with the shape of a skull — a trace of ancient tribes. The atmosphere is complemented by numerous palm trees and patches of green grass, making the island an ideal place for an exotic vacation.

Installation:A] Add-On (villa)

  1. Copy the sand island folder to:
    mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
  2. Open dlclist.xml via OpenIV and add the line:
    dlcpacks:/sand island/
    in: mods > update.rpf > common > data

B] Menyoo (island and palm forest)

  1. Copy the file sand island.xml from the archive to:
    GTA V > MenyooStuff > Spooner
  2. Start the game, open the menu (F8 → Object Spooner → Saved Files)
  3. Select sand island.xml and load the island.
