This mod adds a luxurious island for the wealthiest citizens. Sandy beaches, a villa with spacious terraces and cozy interiors allow you to escape the heat in the daytime and have a dinner with a cocktail in the evening with the sounds of the surf.
The island also features swimming pools, sun loungers, lounge areas, and a pier and helipad — guests are transported here by yacht and helicopter.

Requirements:
- ScriptHookV;
- ScriptHookVDotNet;
- LATEST VERSION of Map Builder (required).
Installation:
- Open OpenIV;
- Drag the billionairemansion folder to:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks; - Go to:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data; - Open the file dlclist.xml;
- Add the following line (specified in the archive in the readme file);
- Make sure Map Builder is installed and working correctly.
After starting the game, you will be able to reach the island and enjoy the luxury atmosphere.
