This mod adds to the game modern high-tech villa with a panoramic view of the ocean. The mansion includes a lot of spacious rooms, a recreation area on the roof and a recreation area with a pool, creating an ideal place to relax in the style of a luxurious life.

Installation:
- Copy and insert the folder "Magnifik villa" in:
mods/update/x64/dlCpacks; - Open the file dlclist.xml using openiv and add the following line:
