This mod adds a fully furnished house at the pier with a unique exterior design and elaborate interior. Now this place will become more realistic and cozy.
Features:
- Completely new house design.
- Detailed interior and exterior.
- Great place to relax by the water.
Requirements:
Before installation, make sure you have installed:
- ScriptHookV
- ScriptHookV.NET
- OpenIV
- Menyoo
- Panda Craft Mods
- DNX Generic Add-On Props
- Map Builder 1.0
Installation:
- Copy the marina house folder to:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks - Open OpenIV and navigate to:
mods > update.rpf > common > data - Open the dlclist.xml file and add the following line to the end:
- dlcpacks:/marina house/
- Save the changes and close OpenIV.
Now the new house will appear in the game. Have a good game!

<Item>dlcpacks:/marina house/</Item> - Сохраните изменения и закройте OpenIV.
