Large building in Sandy Shores

This building has gated parking, one usable two-car garage in the rear, stairwell and elevator (via portals) to the top, a 6th floor apartment and a 360° penthouse on the top floor.
There are many details, ranging from 3D gutters to water droplets from balconies in rainy weather.

FEATURES:

• Original Creation: Each model is designed and made from scratch.
• Available interior spaces: one apartment on the 6th floor, a penthouse on the top floor, one two-car garage, a corridor to the main hall of the building, a staircase and an elevator (fixed)
• High detailing and compliance with the lore: 3D parts, stickers and extensions, like any building in San Andreas.
• Universal DLC: no overwriting of vanilla files required!

REQUIREMENTS:

• OpenIV or Codewalker RPF Explorer
• DNX Generic Add-On Props - WITHOUT THIS MANY NUMBER OF OBJECTS WILL NOT APPEAR!
• Portals - optional, but recommended if you don't want to climb the stairs every time to get to the upper floors (and make the elevator worthwhile)

INSTALLATION:

• Place dnxbigbuilding from SP folder here: \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
• Open dlclist.xml , add dlcpacks:/dnxbigbuilding/ after the last line and save .
• OPTION: place the Portals folder in the main GTA 5 directory, then go to it and delete the portal you don't need (for example, you want the elevator to take you to the penthouse ? Delete dnxbigbuilding_gnd-to-6th-apartment.in)
