Go to OpenIV and follow the path: modsupdatex64dlcpacks Copy the .rpf with the car into this folder.
Then follow the path: modsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata and find the dlclist.xml file. Open it and add the following line at the end of the file: dlcpacks:accent24
