CASA OBSERVATIO — Richman Mansion (Cinematic) for GTA 5.
The mansion is a remake of the area, exterior and interior, replacing the original "red villa", also known as Casa Roja or the mansion of Miguel Mandrazo from GTA Online, located in North Richman.
The main goals in creating this map were to preserve the aspect of "several above-ground and underground floors", without encroaching on the surrounding nature, and not to stretch the boundaries of the building to ridiculous sizes.

Особняк переделка местности, экстерьера и интерьера, заменяющих оригинальную "красную виллу", она же Casa Roja или особняк Мигеля Мандразо из GTA Online, расположенную в Северном Ричмане.
Главными целями при создании этой карты было сохранить аспект "несколько надземных и подземных этажей", не посягая на прилегающую природу, и не растягивать границы здания до глупых размеров.
