Installation:

1. Copy the raf2203 folder to the following path: X:\/Grand Theft Auto V\/mods\/update\/x64\/dlcpacks;

2. In the OpenIV program, find the file: X:\/Grand Theft Auto V\/update\/update.rpf\/common\/data\/dlclist.xml, then open the editing mode and add the line: dlcpacks:raf2203;

3. Save the changes and replace it with the OpenIV program at the following path: Grand Theft Auto V\/update\/update.rpf\/common\/data.
