Civilian Surrender 1.0 for GTA 5.
This mod allows you to arrest pedestrians, drivers, and passengers of vehicles. During the arrest, you can check their ID, and this mod makes any pedestrian surrender if they get injured.
To activate, press the X key while aiming at any pedestrian or vehicle.
