BMW 535 (1989-1996) I - E34 - POLICE GAI of the USSR for GTA V.
This car served the USSR Police from 1989 until the mid-90s.
It is believed that foreign cars in Soviet times were rare. Actually, it is not. Foreign cars have always been purchased for the USSR, including in capitalist countries, both for operation on the roads of the country, and for studying Western technologies, for subsequent implementation in our auto industry. Another thing is that the volume of these purchases depended on the political course of the country. There were foreign cars in the service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including in the divisions of the State traffic inspectorate.
The BMW E34 is a modification of the body of the BMW fifth series, which was produced from 1988 to 1996 inclusive. A total of 1,333,412 cars were produced, of which 124,656 were station wagons. The car was designed in the style of a traditional BMW, but at the same time contained modern technology. It was also equipped with automatic stability control (ASC) or traction control (ASC + T).

Данный автомобиль служил Милиции СССР с 1989 года до середины 90х.
Есть мнение, что иномарки в советское время были редким явлением. На самом деле, это не так. Зарубежные автомобили закупались для СССР всегда, в том числе и в капиталистических странах, как для эксплуатации на дорогах страны, так и для изучения западных технологий, для последующих внедрений в наш автопром. Другое дело, что объемы этих закупок зависели от политического курса страны. Были иномарки и на службе в органах МВД, в том числе в подразделениях Госавтоинспекции.
BMW E34 — модификация кузова BMW пятой серии, который выпускался с 1988 по 1996 год включительно. Всего было выпущено 1 333 412 автомобилей, из них 124 656 универсалов. Автомобиль был выдержан в стиле традиционного BMW, но в то же время содержал в себе современные технологии. Он был также оснащён автоматическим контролем устойчивости (ASC) или тяги (ASC + T).
Пятая серия стала наиболее представительной по набору двигателей в производственной программе компании, которая создала для неё широкий диапазон рядных шестицилиндровых бензиновых силовых агрегатов c впрыском «Бош-Мотроник»: 2,0 л, 129 л. с., шины 195/65 HR15 (модель 520i); 2,5 л, 170 л. с. (525i); 3,0 л, 188 л. с., шины 205/65 VR15 (530i) и 3,4 л, 211 л. с., шины 205/65 VR15 (535i).
