In gta 5 it's all about cars, so why not use a tow truck in the garage. Lots of accidents happen in Los Santos, many cars get into an accident, some are a total loss, or you're unfortunate enough that your car suddenly breaks down on the road... reasons enough to set up a dedicated garage for it. With this tow truck garage, you can drive through it to send cars in for repairs or take them outside to collect damaged cars. The car owners then have to pay a certain amount of money to get their car back.
