Sandy Shores House [Menyoo | MapBuilder] 1.0 for GTA 5!
You need to adjust the grass texture properly, otherwise you'll see grass growing through the floor. Additionally, collisions on the garage door are disabled so you can simply drive through it. Enabling Dynamic causes the doors to fall through the map after loading.
Installation:
Extract the Sand Shores House file and place it in the Spooner folder. Grand Theft Auto V / menyooStuff / Spooner

Вам нужно повернуть текстуру травы в нормальное русло, иначе вы увидите, как трава растет через пол. Кроме того, отключены столкновения на двери гаража, чтобы вы могли просто проехать через него. Включение Dynamic заставляет двери падать через карту после загрузки.
Установка:
Извлеките файл Sand Shores House и поместите его в папку Spooner. Grand Theft AutoV / menyooStuff / Spooner
