Sandy Shores House [Menyoo | MapBuilder] 1.0 for GTA 5!
You need to rotate the grass texture to normal otherwise you will see the grass growing across the floor. In addition, the collisions on the garage door are disabled so that you can just drive through it. Enabling Dynamic causes doors to fall across the map upon loading.
Installation: Extract the Sand Shores House file and place it in your Spooner folder. Grand Theft AutoV / menyooStuff / Spooner
