This mod allows the player to purchase any armed vehicle, any MK2 weapon, or a bunch of other stuff that can be purchased directly from Agent 14. At Trevor's airfield, look for the blue ammo pistol on the map. Once you're there (if Agent 14 doesn't show up, please press INS to reload mods), go to Agent 14 and press G to open the menu.
