Low Hotspot v2.0 for GTA 5.
A mod that improves the lighting of a flashlight, car headlights, lanterns.
Installation:
1. Using the OpenIV program, go to the game directory: x64a.rpf\textures;
2. Turn on the editing mode and replace the files from the game archive with similar files from the mod folder.
