Possibility to change the water level

Simple Water Editor 1.0.2 for GTA 5.

Simple Water Editor is a script / water editor designed to exclude water from the game, control its level and more. This mod does not have any additional features.

Controls:
- F8 - Open/Close menu
- NumPad 8 - Up
- NumPad 2 - Down
- NumPad 5 - Select
- Hold down the CTRL key to scroll faster
In the .ini file, you can change the hotkey locations.

Installation:
- ScriptHook V must be installed on the computer.
- Copy the file WaterEditor.asi to the root folder of GTA 5.
- Start the game.
