A mod that, with a 5-star wanted list, removes the police and special forces, replacing them with the military.
Installation:
1. Using the OpenIV program, go to the game directory: update/update.rpf/common/data;
2. Turn on the editing mode and replace the files from the game archive with similar files from the mod folder.

Мод который при 5 звездах розыска удаляет полицию и спецподразделения заменяя их на военных.
Установка:
1. С помощью программы OpenIV перейдите в директорию игры: update/update.rpf/common/data;
2. Включите режим редактирования и замените файлы из архива игры на аналогичные файлы из папки с модом.
