3. Also in OpenIV, open the dlclist

\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

and insert a new line

dlcpacks:\n700a\

3.trains.xml and traintracks.xml:

------------------> \common.rpf\data\levels\gta5
