The most complete Russian voice acting for GTA 5!! MAJOR UPDATE 12/02/2024
In terms of voice acting - the voice acting is SINGLE VOICE (the female voice is slightly changed) AMATEUR!!!! Therefore, do not expect something masterpiece, it certainly cannot compare with the original!!
Voiced using subtitles (which is why some phrases are sped up)
In cut scenes there is voice acting over the original!
There is RUDE profanity!!
What was announced:
1. Story missions;
2. Oddballs and other strangers;
3. Random events;
4. Leisure;
5. News on the radio (translation);
6. Radio advertising (namely translation);
7. Random phrases of heroes.
8. All NPCs are fully voiced;
9. Police scanner;
10. 2 talk radio stations: Blaine County Radio and West Coast Talk Radio;
11. DJs on 24 radio stations: Los Santos Rock Radio, Non-Stop-Pop FM, Radio Los Santos, Channel X, Rebel Radio, Soulwax FM, East Los FM, West Coast Classics, The Blue Ark, WorldWide FM, FlyLo FM, The Lowdown 91.1, Radio Mirror Park, Space 103.2, Vinewood Boulevard Radio, The Lab, Kult FM 99.1, iFruit Radio, MOTOMAMI Los Santos, Still Slipping Los Santos, blonded Los Santos 97.8 FM, Self Radio;

To install you need OpenIV is in the archive
Scripts from OpenIV must be installed! file "OpenIV.asi"
1. folder - "Just copy to the game folder"
all "rpf" files need to be copied with a replacement GTAVx64audiosfx (keep the original)
2. launch via OPENIV and install “Radio and other.oiv” and “Radio in GTA Online” into the MODS folder
