2. Start OpenIV, navigate to path: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf\
3. Move the files (oxiderockfordmp.ymap & rockfordmp.ymap) to this directory.
3. Launch the game and enjoy your new landscaping.
