Позволяет включить / отключить стояночный тормоз автомобиля.

Когда тормоз активирован, загорается стоп-сигнал. На экране появится уведомление: "Parking Brake Active!"

Добавлена опция в parking_Brake.ini для отключения и включения стояночных огней.
