A scripted modification that fixes the spawning of DLC and added vehicles in street traffic.
Installation: Ensure you have Script Hook V and ScriptHookV .NET installed; Copy the mod files to the "scripts" folder where your game is installed.
What's new in v.1.3: Added an option to disable upgrades for vehicles; Removed spawn from Mount Chiliad. Fixed identified bugs.

Установка: Убедитесь, что у вас установлены Script Hook V и ScriptHookV .NET; Скопируйте файлы мода в папку "scripts", где установлена ваша игра.
Что нового в v.1.3: Добавлена опция отключения апгрейдов для транспорта; Удален спавн с горы Чилиад. Исправлены найденные баги.
