You can install it using addonpeds-asi-pedselector.

If desired, you can replace any NPC in the game by simply

renaming the files, for example: ig_bankman - place it using

Open4 program along the path Grand Theft Auto V x64e.rpf models cdimages componentpeds_ig.rpf.
