Mod for the story of GTA 5, which allows you to buy houses and apartments, as in GTA Online!
Presented for the purchase of 47 apartments, different comfort with different prices!
There are garages with a different number of places for cars!
Each car in the garage will be considered your personal tool, which will allow you to see it on the map and restore it when destroyed!
You can also buy any car with delivery to the garage of any home!
The additional menu is opened with the F6 key!
- In addition to F6, you can also use a cell phone through which you can call a mechanic, Pegasus (aircraft, helicopter and boat delivery service) or purchase any vehicle.
- The mechanic not only delivers the car to the player, but can also return it, regardless of its condition, and in the garage it will be like new.
- In the houses, as in GTA-O, you can look at the box, listen to the radio, drink something, well, in general, almost complete interaction is provided.
- Where such an opportunity is provided, you can change the appearance of the room.
- In the garage, you can change license plates and rearrange.
- If you play as anyone other than Michael, Trevor or Franklin, then all houses and other purchases will be free (marked in yellow on the map).
- Acquired property can be sold.
Installation:
1. Throw all the files from the archive into the game folder!
2. Then go to the SinglePlayerApartment folder and run SPA_Tool, select True in the first line, scroll down in the second False and click save!
3. You can play!
To keep cars from the latest updates, install any latest trainer, such as Enhanced Native Trainer Update 32.

Каждая машина в гараже будет считаться твоим персональным средством, что позволит видеть её на карте и восстанавливать при уничтожении!
Также вы можете купить любую машину с доставкой в гараж любого дома!
Дополнительное меню открывается клавишей F6!
- Кроме F6 также можно воспользоваться сотовым, через который можно позвонить механику, в Пегасус (служба доставки самолётов, вертолётов и лодок) или приобрести любое средство передвижения.
- Механик не только доставляет тачку к игроку, но и может вернуть её обратно, вне зависимости от её состояния, и в гараже она будет как новая.
- Сохраняются даже особые цвета кузова, подсветки и дыма, которые можно прописать в трейнере.
- В домах, как и в ГТА-О, можно посмотреть ящик, послушать радио, выпить чего-нибудь, ну, в общем, предусмотрено почти полное взаимодействие.
- Там, где предусмотрена такая возможность, можно изменить внешний вид помещения.
- В гараже можно менять номерные знаки и делать перестановку.
- Если играть за кого угодно, кроме Майкла, Тревора или Франклина, то все дома и прочие покупки будут бесплатными (отмечаются жёлтым на карте).
- Приобретённую собственность можно продать.
Установка:
1. Закиньте все файлы из архива в папку с игрой!
2. Затем зайдите в папку SinglePlayerApartment и запустите SPA_Tool, в первой строке выберете True, во второй False пролистайте вниз и нажмите save!
3. Можно играть!
Чтобы не пропадали машины из последних обновлений, установите любой последний трейнер, например Enhanced Native Trainer Update 32.
