Spotlight (Projecteur) - this mod for GTA 5 will allow you to use the spotlight on police cars and helicopters.
HOW TO USE: - Launch the game using the RAGEPluginHook.exe file. - During the game, press the F4 key to open the console, in the console type - loadplugin Spotlight.dll
