Update this ENB up to v1.2. Changes: New Timecyc. Slight color changes enbeffect.fx. Bright day and night in most weathers. Improved sun. Added new fog. Adjusted brightness (mostly noon) and hues, added new drizzle and lightning. Corrected exaggerated reflections, sky and water during certain weather colors and times of day. Many other subtle weather improvements. On patches except for 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.0.4, the graphics are not the same as on skins!
