Go to C:/Program Files(x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV audio/Sfx/LOADING.rpf and replace the STARTING_TUNE and LOADING_TUNE files;
Go to C:/Program Files (x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV pc/textures and replace loadingscreens.wtd and select_menu.wtd.
