The author of the mod is kaevlad.

The mod replaces the original characters from the episodes with Niko. this version is final. Here I corrected Niko's clothes to be "correct" (added a jacket for Niko with The Lost And Damned inscription instead of the old one that did not fit the atmosphere), also changed some clothes for Niko (where Luis should be) so that there would be no random combinations of strict suit with sweatpants.

This version can be installed over the old one with a replacement)

Мод заменяет оригинальных персонажей из эпизодов на Нико. эта версия финальная. Здесь я поправил одежду Нико на "правильную" (добавил куртку для Нико с надписью The Lost And Damned вместо старой, которая не подходила по атмосфере), так же заменил некоторую одежду для Нико (где должен быть Луис) что бы не было случайных сочетаний строгого костюма со спортивными штанами.

Эту версию можно ставить поверх старой с заменой)
