From the author: "I didn't use anything special; my setup utilizes one of the best iCEnhancer version 2 settings, and I worked hard to configure iCEnhancer (and I succeeded)".
Of course, this is not his final setup. The configuration works for both the 1.0.3.0 patch version and the 1.0.4.0.
Tested on a good PC:

DDR3 1600 16G
GTX 670 2G

От автора: "Я не использовал ничего особенного, моя настройка использует, одну из самых лучших настроек iCEnhancer версии 2, я очень качественно постарался настроить iCEnhancer (и это у меня получилось)".
Естественно это не последняя его настройка. Настройка идёт как на 1.0.3.0 версию патча, так и на 1.0.4.0
