I know you might say that this program already existed. However, it didn't work for me on Windows 8, so I decided to find a functioning one. I found it. I uploaded it. This archive contains programs for both 32-bit and 64-bit OS. To run the program, Java is required along with the files local_policy.jar and US_export_policy.jar, which I have included in this archive. Enjoy creating maps.

Я знаю, Вы скажете, что данная программа уже была. Но она не работала у меня на Windows 8 и я решил найти работающую. Нашел. Загрузил. В данном архиве программы для 32-битной и 64-битной ОС. Для работы программы необходим Java и файлы local_policy.jar и US_export_policy.jar, которые я разместил в данном архиве. Приятного Вам создания карт .
