Outbreak: Infectious Zombie Mod for GTA 4 is a small script mod that transforms Liberty City into a zombie-infested city. Grab your shotgun and actively participate in the zombie hunt!
Compatible with patches 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.7.0, requires Scripthook.
The mod features two modes. Zombies and pedestrians: the infection spreads rapidly throughout the city, anyone can become infected - police, bodyguards, and even you... There is a bite meter, and before it reaches 100%, you need to find an ambulance and heal yourself inside.
Another mode features only zombies. They bite as well, but now the only victim is you; there are no innocents left.
You can play as Niko, as well as police (four partners) or special forces (eight partners). You can hire bodyguards (grant them invincibility).
Additionally, you can enable random events such as car explosions, randomly armed civilians, and other minor details. All important locations are marked on the map, such as hospitals, but it’s not guaranteed that the nearest hospital will have the ambulance you need (however, you can always heal yourself through less honest means).

Мод работает в дух режимах. Зомби и пешеходы: инфекция быстро распространяется по городу, любой может стать зараженным - полиция, телохранители и даже вы... Существует измеритель укусов, и прежде чем он достигнет 100%, нужно найти машину скорой помощи и полечиться в ней.
Другой режим просто с зомби. Кусаются так же, но жертва теперь только вы, невинных больше не осталось.
Играть можно как за Нико, так и за полицию (четыре напарника) или спецназ (восемь напарников). Можно нанимать телохранителей (дарить им неуязвимость).
Плюс можно включать случайные события в виде взрывов автомобилей, случайно вооруженных гражданских людей и прочих мелочей. Все важные объекты отмечаются на карте, например, больницы, но не факт, что в ближайшей больнице будет нужная вам машина скорой помощи (впрочем, подлечиться всегда можно и нечестным путем).
