Я играл в Sniper Elite 2,где БуллетТайм включается когда герой вдыхает. Теперь то же самое и в GTA 4(EFLC тоже)
Для этого вам просто нужно иметь Снайперскую Винтовку,прицелиться в человека... затем нажать E ! Ваше сердцебиение замедлится, а с ним и время
