This ENB includes:

New road textures.

High-quality tree textures.

Good textures for small details.

New motion blur.

Tweaked water.

High quality and environmental lighting.

Redesigned night and rain.

New explosion effects have also been added to the ENB.

Fixed the bug with darkness at night.

It is best to install it on the GTA IV patch 1.0.4.0.

Увы видео пока нету, как появится добавлю пока скриншоты все скажут за себя.

В этот ЕНБ включено:

Новые текстуры дорог.

Высокое качество текстур деревьев.

Хорошие текстуры мелких деталей.

Новое размытие(Motion Blur).

Настроенная вода.

Высокое качество и освещение окружающей среды.

Переделана ночь и дождь.

Так же добавлено в ЕНБ новые эффекты при взрывах.

Исправлен баг с темнотой ночью.

Лучше всего ставить на патч GTA IV 1.0.4.0.
